to users when they connect to the web pages of MediaMiner S.r.l., regardless
of the purpose of the connection itself, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Data Controller is MediaMiner S.r.l., VAT No. 13036760018 and Tax Code 13036760018, with registered office at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 6 – Turin (TO), represented by its legal representative pro tempore Mr. Antonio Fiorito.
2. Place of data processing
he data collected through this website are processed at the Controller’s
office and at the data center of the web hosting provider, which acts as
Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
The hosting provider is located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and
operates in compliance with European data protection legislation.
3. Purposes of data processing
The personal data you provide may be used for the following purposes:
a) To enable and manage your registration to the site; to manage and process
your orders or purchase proposals; to provide services requested by you and,
in general, to perform activities connected with the execution of a contractual
relationship, or to respond to your specific requests prior to the conclusion
of a contract.
b) To send informational and promotional communications, including commercial
offers, advertising material, and/or offers of goods and services.
c) To send our newsletter.
These activities may be carried out by regular mail, internet,
telephone, email, MMS, and SMS, from Italy.
The collected data are processed exclusively for the purposes indicated above
